- Basics: Introduction to Accounting, Principles, Types of Accounts, Double Entry System.
- Tally Intro: Installation, Creating a Company, Altering/Deleting Company Data, Gateway of Tally.
- Masters: Creating Groups, Ledgers, and Chart of Accounts.
2. Accounting & Inventory Vouchers
- Voucher Entry: Recording Accounting Vouchers (Contra, Receipt, Payment, Journal, Sales, Purchase).
- Inventory Management: Stock Groups, Categories, Items, Units of Measure, Godown Management.
- Invoicing: Purchase and Sales Invoicing, Debit/Credit Notes.
3. Advanced Accounting & Inventory
- Advanced Features: Cost Centers & Categories, Budgets & Controls, Interest Calculations.
- Inventory Management: Order Processing (Purchase/Sales Order), Reorder Levels, Batch-wise details.
- Banking: Cheque Management and Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
4. Taxation and Compliance (GST & TDS)
- GST: Enabling GST, Configuring GST in Ledgers/Items, CGST, SGST, IGST calculations.
- GST Returns: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and HSN Summary.
- TDS & TCS: Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Tax Collected at Source (TCS).
5. Payroll Management
- Payroll: Employee Creation, Salary Structures, Pay Heads, Attendance Management, PF/ESIC Calculations.
6. Reports and Data Management
- Financial Reports: Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss A/c, Trial Balance, Cash Flow/Fund Flow.
- Data Tools: Backup & Restore, Data Splitting, Import/Export of Data.
